Our only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proven defective. User shall determine suitability of product for his intended use and assumes all risk and liability in connection herewith.

SlideSpray.Com : Warranty or Guarantee's are only those expressed by the manufacturer - SLIDE PRODUCTS Inc.  See Above.  By making a purchase the customer or user understands their sole remedy in any disagreement or civil action is the replacement of purchased item only. In making a purchase the customer affirms the ordered products will be used for industrial applications only.

Return Policy : Only damaged shipments may be returned. All returns must be authorized prior to return, freight prepaid by customer. Boxes must be unopened and return shipped packed properly in another box.

Out of Stock Product : As a distributor of Quality SLIDE products we make every effort to maintain a good stock to serve our customers. If you have been advised that your desired product is out of stock we can help you in three ways.
(1) We can provide you the product with a short delay.
(2) We can arrange for the order to be shipped directly to you from the factory- 5% Services Charge added.
(3) We can stock product for you upon your commitment to purchase a certain amount monthly.
